Mylikes Prodoction Line

Rule No. 1: hot water temperature should around 75-80℃, in winter to make it a little higher, in summer make it a little lower (for example, in China, the room temperature in winter is around 10-15, then fty use around 85℃, in summer use 78℃ for hot water, pls consider your country’s room temperature in different season.) Rule No. 2: Put hot water first and then put material inside 

Rule No. 3: After mixing hot water with material, the temperature of liquid temperature is around 40-50℃ 

Rule No. 4: Mixing time: around 2 min (Judgement based on if the material is completely dissolved or not)

Rule No. 5: About material putting sequence: put big material firstly(like: refined powder / non-dairy creamer ), mixing after around half mixing time then put small material(like NAHCO / NH4HCO3) 

Rule No. 6: Shorter storage time better effect

Rule No.7: The capacity between production material and storage material should be 10-20% is best. This means if your production for depositing need 100kg each time, then the material keep in storage is better to be 110-120kg. 

Rule No. 8: drying has two different process:

first process: dry room temperature should be around 120-125℃ to dry for around 1 hour, this one hour is used to let mylikes center material to be fermentation, judgement based on if mylikes center is favoses or not? If not, make time a little longer. Then after mylikes center looks like honeycomb then reduce the steam amount of dry room, to let dry room temperature go down to be around 80℃

Second process: after dry room temperature decreased to 80℃, then keep it around 10 hours, this 10 hours is used to remove the moisture inside mylikes center, judgement based on mylikes center’s moisture if reach 2% -3% or not, if no, dry a little time more.
