Sugar liquor(white granulated sugar,syrup) is fully dissolved in sugar dissolver. the whole consecutive vacuum sugar cook process only requires 4 minutes.

This machine includes two systems: heat dryer system and cooling system. Through heat dryer system and cooling system can realize starch completely processing and recycling.

This is very important part of the gummy candy processing，the candy will be cooled or heated to the requirement moisture content for several hours in the curing room，then can be successful.

The finishing system is composed of a demoulding conveyor, a lifting conveyor, a starch cleaner, a transfer conveyor, an oil conveyor, an oil coater, a steam humidifier, and a sugar sander.
